I’m Olja, the person behind Lovely Oxford in South Oxfordshire. Having lost my own parents and beloved pets, I understand how precious the reminders of someone you love can be. That personal connection is part of the care I bring to every keepsake I create. From choosing your design to creating your finished piece, you’ll speak directly with me.
Usually by my side is Lucy, my much-loved two-year-old Springer Spaniel, constant companion and self-appointed quality-control supervisor. She brings plenty of enthusiasm, a little chaos and lots of company to my working day.

A Few Helpful Answers
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email with clear instructions on how to safely package and send your precious inclusions. I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for extra peace of mind. Your inclusions will be handled personally by me, with the care and respect they deserve.
Only a very small amount is needed to create your memorial jewellery around a teaspoon . The exact amount depends on your chosen design, but there's usually no need to send a large quantity. I understand how precious these inclusions are, and I'll always use as little as possible while creating your keepsake.
Yes, absolutely. Any unused ashes, hair or fur will be carefully packaged and returned to you with your finished jewellery. Your precious inclusions are never discarded. Please note that any inclusions already incorporated into resin cannot be recovered.
Of course. Your memorial jewellery should feel personal to you. You can choose to have the ashes clearly visible, gently blended into your chosen colour, or discreetly hidden within the design. I'm always happy to help you explore the different options to create a keepsake that feels just right.
Every Lovely Oxford keepsake is individually handmade with care and attention to detail. Processing times depend on the jewellery design, materials and personalisation required. For jewellery containing ashes, hair, fur or flowers, the making process begins once your inclusions have arrived. Usually around 2–6 weeks, with seasonal variation. Your product’s stated estimate takes priority; special made-to-order gold can take 8–10 weeks. Inclusion work starts after inclusions and complete details arrive. Delivery time is additional. Yes. I can preserve meaningful dried flowers in beautiful, personalised jewellery. Whether they're from a funeral tribute, wedding bouquet or another special moment, each flower holds its own story. I carefully prepare the petals before incorporating them into your chosen design. Flowers can also be combined with ashes to create a truly personal keepsake. Not all flowers are dried or returned; sometimes a little petal confetti is returned.
When you order one of my handmade fingerprint or pet nose impression necklaces, one impression kit is included in the price. I'll send your kit with instructions to help you capture the impression at home. Once you've returned it, I'll use your impression to create a unique pendant in 999 fine silver, complete with a 925 sterling silver chain. Additional impression kits are available for £15
Please don't worry. I understand that sometimes only a very small amount of ashes, hair or fur is available, especially when it's something you've treasured for many years. Many designs require only a tiny quantity. You're always welcome to contact me before ordering so we can discuss the most suitable option.
Absolutely. I can create multiple keepsakes using the same precious inclusions, allowing family members to carry their own special reminder of someone they love. You can choose matching pieces or different designs and colours to reflect each person's individual style.
Yes. Lovely Oxford is a small independent jewellery business based in South Oxfordshire, England. Each memorial keepsake is personally created and finished by me, with care, patience and attention to the little details that make every piece unique.
Yes. Depending on your chosen design, you can personalise your jewellery with different colours, ashes, hair, fur, flowers or meaningful engravings. Some designs can also feature handwriting, fingerprints or pet nose impressions. If you have a special idea in mind, please get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss what's possible.
As each personalised keepsake is made especially for you, change-of-mind returns are not normally available. However, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
